Steps to root Redmi Note 4 without PC[Supersu Install automatically]:

First download -> Supersu-pro.zip
Move download file in Internal Storage
Install custom(TWRP) recovery -> How to flash TWRP custom recovery - Ignore if you already install
Boot into custom recovery
Click on install and choose Supersu file
Swipe to Flash
Click on reboot system

Done :) Supersu pro will install automatically

For Super User Plus -> Custom Roms Xiaomi Redmi Note 4
